Classes at the Market
- March 9 2pm How Does Your Garden Grow – Join Adam Smith, produce manager and market gardener, for a discussion about varieties, seed starting, transplanting, garden care, and any other topic you might have a question about. Class is free and no reservations are necessary.
- March 18 6pm Yogurt and Butter Making – Join Laura in the kitchen for an hour of learning how to make your own butter and yogurt. Participants will leave with a sample of their own freshly crafted butter. Class cost: $5
- April 8 5pm Mozzarella – Making mozzarella at home is easy and impressive. Go from milk to cheese in under an hour. Participants take home their own hand-stretched mozzarella. Ricki Carrol’s 30-minute Mozzarella kits (good for 30 batches of cheese) are being offered for sale. Class cost with the kit: $25, no kit: $5.
