Produce
The goal of the produce department is to provide the community with healthy, reasonably priced fresh fruits and vegetables. Whenever possible Adam purchases from local farms and gardens, including:
- Tunbridge Hill Farm
- Back Beyond Farm
- Luna Bleu Farm
- Four Springs Farm
- Itabena Farm
- Chap Farm
To encourage greater support of area farmers, locally sourced produce is given a lower mark-up than other produce.
Adam Smith is our Produce Manager and the Market’s Assistant Manager and has worked here for 5 years.
