At the Market, we know that an increasing number of people are on, or want to learn about, a gluten-free diet.
Responding to customer requests, Patty, the Market’s chef, is experimenting with a gluten-free baked good (muffin or scone) on weekday mornings. (This is in addition to the regular muffins, scones, sandwiches, salads, soups, and hot dish that come out of the kitchen daily–go Patty and Dave!)
Patty uses Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-free Flour Mix, which we stock in the Bulk Department.
