Local Spring Greens are Coming in
It’s the last week in April. We now have fresh organic mesclun, spinach, and arugula from the greenhouses at Luna Bleu Farm in South Royalton. This marks the start of the 2011 growing season. We’ll keep you posted as more fresh produce comes in from this and other local farmers and growers. Here’s to Spring!
